on Google from Sam.
Sam and his business partner run CM Home Solutions in Essex. The work they wanted more of was spray foam removal, and the demand is there: mortgage lenders and surveyors are telling more homeowners to get it removed before a sale can go through.
Their website and Google profile didn't say that. Both described general trades work, so people searching for spray foam removal found someone else.
New service pages built around spray foam removal and the jobs that sit alongside it, each written for what homeowners actually search. The rest of the site was updated to reflect the work they really do, and the contact form was fixed.
Their Google Business Profile was rebuilt to match, covering Essex, London and East Anglia. I set up a review system with a QR code and an email template so happy customers could leave a review in seconds, and made branded graphics from their best reviews.
Their social posts now tell the same story, using their own branding and real client reviews.
“Jak has helped me to get my website where it needs to be. Very knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommend.”

If it doesn't push the work you want more of, that's the gap I closed for CM Home Solutions.
