A website needs hosting, a security certificate, updates and backups, and every so often something breaks. Most business owners only find out when a customer mentions the site is down or showing a warning.
Martin's old website for MH Auto Services had no security certificate, so browsers warned every visitor it was "Not secure", on the website of a garage that has run on trust for 40 years. I rebuilt it on secure hosting, and care is what keeps it that way.

£49 a month. It's included in every monthly website plan, and once a 24-month plan is paid off, it carries on at £49 a month.
What counts as a small change?
Things like new photos, updated prices, opening hours, a new review or a tweak to some text. Bigger jobs, like a new page or section, I'll quote for first.
Can you look after a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. I'll have a look first and tell you if anything needs fixing before I take it on.
How do I ask for changes?
Message, email or call me. You deal with me directly, so there's no ticket system and no queue.
What happens if my site goes down?
Let me know and I'll be on it. Most problems are fixed quickly, and backups mean the site can be put back if something goes badly wrong.
Can you move my site from my current host?
Yes. I'll move it over and check everything works, including your domain. Your email stays where it is unless you want it moved.
Do I still own my website if you host it?
Yes. Hosting it for you doesn't change who owns it. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, I'll help you do it.
