A personal trainer website that gets first sessions booked
Someone thinking about a PT searches "personal trainer near me", then looks at two or three websites. They're checking whether you train people like them, where you are, what it costs and whether they'd feel comfortable walking in. If your site doesn't answer that quickly, they keep scrolling.
Plenty of good trainers rely on Instagram and word of mouth. That works until your posts stop reaching new people. A website and Google profile keep enquiries coming in while you're busy training.
Glenn was starting Prime PT in Milton Keynes with no clients, no website and no brand. We built the brand and website together, and his first clients came in after launch.
See Glenn's websiteI'm Jak, based in Stewkley. I build websites and brands for personal trainers myself, set up your Google profile to match and look after it all once it's live. The website is yours at the end, and monthly payment options are there if that's easier.
Send me your website or Google listing and I'll tell you for free what would bring in more work.

A one-to-one trainer in a private studio and a coach who works online are selling different things, so the site needs a different shape for each.
Private studio trainers
Your space is part of the sell. Photos of the studio, how private it is and where to park, with a free consultation button on every page.
Gym-based trainers
The site is about you and your coaching. Your story, client results and a clear way to book a first session, whichever gym you train in.
Online coaches
Programmes, check-ins and nutrition sold to people anywhere. Packages laid out clearly, with a sign-up that works on a phone.
Group and bootcamp trainers
Timetables, locations and a way to book a spot, with the price per session easy to find.
Specialist trainers
Over 40s, pre and postnatal, rehab. Pages written for the people you specialise in, like Glenn's coaching for busy professionals over 40.
What a personal trainer website needs
- 01
A free consultation, everywhere
For most people the first step is a chat, so the consultation button sits in the header, the hero and the bottom of every page.
- 02
Results, shown properly
Client transformations and reviews, with their permission, in a gallery people actually look through.
- 03
Your story
Why you train people and who you're best for. People choose the trainer as much as the training.
- 04
Packages and prices
What a session costs, what's in each package and what online coaching includes. Hidden prices make people nervous.
- 05
Where to find you
Studio address, a map, parking and opening times, or the areas you cover if you train people at home.
- 06
A brand that carries through
Your website, social graphics and flyers in one look, like the brand I built with Glenn.
Not sure your site is doing its job? I'll look at it with you and tell you what I'd change first.
A personal trainer I work with

Prime PT
Glenn was starting Prime PT from scratch in Milton Keynes: no clients, no website, no brand. We built the brand together, then the website and social graphics on top of it. His first clients came in after launch.
“He didn't just build my website and create my social media materials, he became a true partner in the process.”

Our Cleaning Company
A website and Google profile that brought in enough enquiries to hire extra staff.
Get found by people searching nearby
Search "personal trainer near me" and the map results come first. Reviews from real clients and photos of your space decide who gets the tap.
I'll set your profile up to match your website, with the right category and the areas you train in, so the two tell the same story.
Categories I'd set up
- Personal trainerMain
- Gym
- Health consultant
- Boot camp
Searches it should show up for
- personal trainer near me
- personal trainer [your town]
- PT for over 40s
- online personal trainer
- private gym [your town]
Only the categories that match work you actually do. Picking extras to appear in more searches tends to backfire.
“Jak is exceptionally easy to build rapport with, and I've never experienced this level of connection or support with any other technical media provider.”

Book a free callHow much does a website for personal trainers cost?
Every website is quoted to your business after a free call, so you know the exact price before anything starts. Websites start from £899, and most personal trainers go for a premium site from £1,599, which adds your Google profile and pages for the towns you cover. You can pay half to start and half before launch, or spread the cost monthly.
How long does it take?
Most sites take 1 to 3 weeks from our first call. I'll give you a date on the call, and the thing that speeds it up most is getting your photos and prices over early.
Can clients book and pay online?
Yes. If you use booking software, I'll link it into the site so people can book straight from your pages. If you don't, a consultation form is the best place to start.
Do I need a website if I've got Instagram?
Instagram keeps people interested, but it's hard to find you there from a Google search, and you don't own it. A website gives people somewhere to check your prices and book, and it shows up when they search.
Can you help with my brand as well?
Yes. I built Glenn's brand from scratch alongside his website. A logo is from £199 and a brand starter kit from £595.
Can you show client transformation photos?
Yes, with your clients' permission. Before and afters are some of the most convincing things on a PT website, so they get a proper gallery.
I train online as well as in person. Can one site handle both?
Yes. In-person training and online coaching get their own pages, because different people search for each.
Do you only work with trainers near Milton Keynes?
No. Glenn is in Milton Keynes and I meet trainers in person across Milton Keynes, Beds and Bucks. Anywhere else, we work over video calls.
