Google Business Profile Optimisation Be one of the three they call.
Google Business Profile setup and monthly management for local businesses. I set your profile up properly, keep it active, and send you a report each month showing where you rank.
5 stars on Google
Be one of the three businesses people call from the map
Search for a local trade on your phone and the first thing you see is a map with three businesses under it. People compare the stars, glance at the photos and tap Call. Most profiles I look at were set up once and left, with the wrong category, old photos and unanswered reviews. Google notices, and so do the people comparing you with the business next door.
Tony runs Anthony Mason Upholstery from Wingfield in Bedfordshire. I set his Google profile up to cover Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, matched to a new website, so his listing covers all four instead of just the area around his workshop.

Send me your Google listing and I'll tell you for free what's holding it back.

- 01
The right category
Your main category is one of the biggest ranking factors there is. I pick it based on what your customers search for, then add the secondary ones that fit.
- 02
Services and areas filled in
Every service listed with a proper description, the areas you cover set, and your details matched exactly to your website.
- 03
A steady flow of reviews
A review request that goes out after each job, plus a QR code for cards and vans. Asking every customer is what gets the numbers up.
- 04
Real photos, added often
Photos of your work, your team and your van. If you haven't got any good ones, I can come out and take them.
- 05
Posts and updates
Regular posts about recent jobs and offers, so your profile looks active to Google and to anyone comparing you.
- 06
A monthly report
Where you rank for your main searches, how many people called or asked for directions, and what I'm changing next month.
Not sure how your profile compares? I'll look at it next to your three closest competitors and tell you what's holding it back.

A Google profile I set up

Our Cleaning Company
Beth's profile was claimed but half finished. I set it up for Aylesbury and the towns around it and matched it to her new website. It now ranks well when people in Aylesbury search for cleaners.
“Since everything has been set up my business enquiries have just gone through the roof.”

CM Home Solutions
Google profile rebuilt around the one job they wanted more of, covering Essex, London and East Anglia.
“Jak has helped me to get my website where it needs to be. Very knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommend.”
Sam Cassar, CM Home Solutions, Essex

Book a free callHow much does Google Business Profile optimisation cost?
I quote after a free call, once I've seen your profile. As a rough guide, a one-off setup is from £149 and monthly management is from £79 a month. Setup is included in a premium website from £1,599.
How long until I see results?
Fixing your category and details can move things within a few weeks. Reviews, photos and posts build over months. Beth's profile picked up 21 reviews in its first two weeks.
Why am I not showing up on Google Maps?
Usually it's one of three things: the wrong main category, a profile that isn't verified, or businesses closer to the searcher with more reviews. I'll tell you which on the free call.
I work from home. Can I hide my address?
Yes. You can hide your address and show the areas you cover instead. Google still ranks you mostly around your address, so for towns further out, pages on your website help.
Do you need my Google login?
No. You add me as a manager from your own account. You stay the owner, and you can remove me whenever you like.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove reviews, and only ones that break its rules. I can report those for you, and help you write calm replies to the rest. A steady flow of good reviews does more than any removal.
Do I need a website as well?
You can have a profile without one, but a website that matches it helps you rank and gives people somewhere to check you out before they call. That's why I build them together.
